Non-bailable warrant issued against Imran Khan, Imran Khan can be arrested anytime

Imran Khan Arrest Warrant: The difficulties of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) President Imran Khan are increasing. The Islamabad police had come to arrest him by helicopter, but could not arrest him because of Imran Khan’s election rally. However, following the instructions of the Islamabad courts, the Islamabad police can reach anytime today (March 14) to arrest the former prime minister.

The court has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Imran Khan for threatening a woman judge of a sessions court in Islamabad. Because of which Khan can be arrested anytime today. Instead of attending the hearing, the Prime Minister filed a petition before the judge for exemption and requested permission to attend the court proceedings via video link, Pakistan’s Geo English news reported earlier.

What is the matter?

According to information, Shahbaz Gill, the leader of Imran Khan’s party, was arrested last year on charges of treason. The police had demanded to increase Shahbaz’s remand, which was accepted by Judge Jeba Chowdhary. About which Imran Khan got angry in a rally and said that Jeba knew that his party leader was being tortured in jail, but still he did not give bail. After this Imran had threatened to see Zeba. Because of which a case was registered against Imran under sections of terrorism.

Imran Khan is also involved in the Toshakhana case

Imran Khan had received gifts worth about 14 crores while being in the post of Prime Minister. Those were also deposited in Toshakhana, but there is an allegation on Imran Khan that he bought all these gifts at cheap prices and later sold them in the market at cheap prices. Due to which the case is going on against him.
